Effortless API Monitoring
Finally after following up with customers who had shown interest before I started making the product installed my product in their application. Though they have agreed to be converted to paid customers later still it's a long way to go. But I'm happy now I can have real feedback which will help me take decisions whether what I have build is of any use or not.
I thought of getting community feedback on my product so I launched on Hacker news. I got good feedback of around 30 points which is much more than I expected. Also, I got a few tips on how to improve the product so all in all good experience. Signup wise I didn't get a lot, just about 10.

I listed down the main "jobs" customer will hire my product to do for them and based on that created a wireframe. I kept it very basic as still there were a lot of assumptions that had to be tested. I showed basic wireframes to a few of the potential customers so that they validate it.

In my own experience as a Tech manager I faced lot of issues in monitoring my company's APIs. There were lot of errors which we never to get notifications for. The performance monitoring also was a challenge .
