ApiPages

Create WebPages via API

Visit Website
January 29, 2021 Finished Beta version MVP

It took 3 months and it's far from finished but It has a decent amount of stuff and I think it's a good minimum viable product for ApiPages.

Now I would like to start making it known to Betatesters so that I can receive feedback and see how to evolve it.

Are a you developer? Try apipages.io and give me your feedback...

Thanks!

December 6, 2020 The Pitch

ApiPages.io is a service that allows you to create Web pages via a REST API.

The process is very simple:

1.- You design a web template with ApiPages' integrated drag & drop editor (or use one of the predesigned templates).

2.- ApiPages converts that web template into an API.

3.- You use that API to create variations of the template that turn into static web pages with their own URL.

You can create 10, 100 or 1000 different websites in a few seconds from your CMS, ERP, SpreadSheet or any service / program with which you can make API calls.

November 2020 Here we Go!

I have always developed my side projects in the dark, but encouraged by all the wonderful people who are sharing their projects in this and other communities, this time I have decided to tell the way from the beginning.

This is the ApiPages.io creation story...

So, here we go 🚀

November 2020 The Idea

The idea came to me out of a need that I found...

In the company where I work we have already had to create 2 or 3 Webs / Apps that are simple landings that show data from customers, suppliers or carriers.

And of course the process to create these websites is always very similar: you have to design the Web/App, you have to create the service in the ERP to read the data and finally call the API service in the Web/App to make it dynamic.

And after repeating this process several times, I thought: there would have to be a service that would let you design the Web/App or form that you want to display and you could automatically call an API to create variations of that design (one for each client, provider or carrier you need).
