We are covering our second city - San Francisco - with high quality recommendations from 10 top chefs. We keep searching for a product market fit and experimenting with new features, like chefs comments and convenient map to navigate city's food scene.

A cool hacker has joined our team as co-founder and CTO, as well as two engineers and one UX/UI designer. We operate as geographically distributed team located in 3 countries. We run daily stand-ups and discuss all ideas together on the video calls.

We've been building our MVP for a couple of months. We've interviewed and onboarded more than 60 chefs and listed 650+ places in Singapore. We've had 450 unique users over the first week after launch. Aplace is currently a web app for desktop and mobile running on AWS with ReactJS frontend.
