The "DevOps Barrier." Most users want the software, not the server management. We automated updates, security patches, SSL, and backups for 200+ applications, providing a managed experience at half the price of major cloud hosts through elastic autoscaling.

The realization that while open-source software is free, self-hosting it is not. Setting up an app like n8n or Plausible on a raw VPS often takes days of manual Docker configuration and maintenance. We wanted to make deploying open-source apps as easy as a SaaS product.
