Been tracking workouts and health metrics in Apple Health for years. Wanted to actually analyze my own data — look for trends, back it up, export it to use elsewhere. Apple's native export is limited and stuck in their ecosystem.

So I built AppleHealthData — a CLI that gives you your data in clean XML/CSV formats. One command, everything exported, nothing locked.
