Finished an initial release

Happy to announce I have added all the features for appliku.com that are enough to deploy an app from a GitHub repository to a new server on Digital Ocean.

Currently, UX is not the best, and I plan to work more on the onboarding process. I should probably remove some buttons on the account settings page because they are not doing anything yet.

This release is suitable for early/first users that want to try the app.

A user of Appliku can connect their account to their GitHub and DIgital Ocean accounts by providing tokens, pick the repo, provide Config Vars, add needed Databases, and deploy the app.

The app, by default, uses the appname.applikuapp.com (that's an example!) domain with SSL.

Custom Domains are also supported, also with SSL.

I am starting to invite those brave people who want to try this version.

I plan to send a newsletter issue to the waiting list later this week.

Like the idea! Suggestion / food for thought: if you don’t pay for the service and your costs don’t increase with the number of servers and projects and clients (I’m guessing you have scripts that execute the server and app setup?), then why not just say: we have a flat pricing policy: pay $10 and have unlimited number of servers/jobs/apps (but put a high ‘fair usage’ cap, say 20servers). Then differentiate on the support levels that you offer: forum and github issues included in the basic plan. Emails support with 3 days response extra $5, email support with 24h response $10.

I’m not any expert, but my reasoning is that it is fairly simple to learn to standup an app server and managed dbs in AWS or DigitalOcean etc. So if you want to take my money I must feel that it is at the level where it just makes sense for me to pay instead of do this myself. So, build up the perceived balue by saying: unlimited apps/servers for all! Also pin down who is your target client. Devs learning to code, devs running home projects, Indie devs with small money making projects, startups, etc.?
All in all - neat project! Well done :)
