And honestly, we are not building “just another job platform.”

But the real problem starts much earlier.

We are building it to help with things like:

• surfacing hidden skills and stronger role matches
• tailoring resumes for the right jobs
• auto-applying to relevant roles
• interview support and post-interview insights
• career path guidance and skill gap visibility
• better hiring intelligence for employers
• live placement visibility for colleges beyond spreadsheets

In simple words:

We are starting with the waitlist because we want to build this with real users, real pain points, and real feedback.

Why this matters to me personally:
I have seen how talented people get lost in broken hiring systems.
Too many capable candidates are rejected too early.
Too many employers receive noise instead of fit.
Too many institutions are still tracking outcomes manually.

It felt broken from every side.

So we decided to build Apuphi.
