I run a small education/SES company in Japan (human-operated, normal stuff). On the side, I've been running a separate experiment: how far can a non-technical founder go running an entire company — research, building products, marketing, ops — through an AI coding agent (Claude Code), with me as the only human?
A few products have actually shipped (a Figma accessibility plugin, a freelance-pricing checker tool). No real revenue yet. This isn't a "look how much money I made" post — it's closer to a build-in-public log, except the "builder" doing most of the execution is the AI, and my job is closer to reviewing and deciding than typing code.
I just started writing it up at aranetsu.com (Japanese only for now, sorry — might translate key posts later if there's interest). First post is honestly about how even launching this blog took three false starts before landing on something that worked.
Curious if anyone else here is experimenting with agent-driven execution rather than agent-assisted coding — feels like a different category of "no-code/low-code" than what IH usually discusses.
