Arbeitr

I've been working in the same industry for the last 7 years. Personally, it wasn't my dream job, although I don't suck at it and it brings in a decent amount of money. I noticed that as the years went by, my job became my career and I found it increasingly difficult to change that path.

So of course, as most of us probably do, I started day dreaming about doing something else entirely. I love being outside, I love the sun, I'd love to work in a dynamic team that works hard to get serious results. I was looking for a job that would combine these elements. Thing is: I had no idea where to find it, or where to start searching.

Traditional job boards do an excellent job in, well, helping you find traditional jobs. Jobs that align with what you've done previously. You get recommendations based on your preferred location, your desired salary range and your previous experience and you basically continue doing what you've been doing before.

But what I was looking for was a different kind of life. And any kind of job that went with that. Whether that's in Madrid or Medellin, Barcelona or Buenos Aires. I'd love to learn about any kind of opportunity that matches my skillset, and allow me to live a life I love (put that cringe on a tile).

So that's what I'm building with Arbeitr: personalized job recommendations to help you do what you care about most.
