We make revenue by helping our Experts sell short projects (2-20 hours) to Clients (early stage startup founders). We receive a percentage of total product cost in exchange for finding Clients, and handling all the paperwork (invoices, NDAs, tax forms). In each sales conversation this week, I increased conversion by directly asking for the sale (vs. sending a proposal a few hours later).
