July 4, 2026 I built India's first biological age analytics platform — here's why

Six months ago I kept asking myself: I have my blood test report

in my hand, but what does it actually mean for how fast I'm ageing?

Indian labs give you numbers. They tell you if you're in "normal

range." But they don't tell you your biological age — the real

measure of how healthy your body actually is.

So I built AROGYOS.

You upload your standard Indian lab report. We analyze 50+

biomarkers — CBC, lipid panel, HbA1c, Vitamin D, thyroid, and

more — and calculate your biological age score. Then we give you

a personalized plan to reverse it: what to eat, what to

supplement, what to change, calibrated for Indian food systems

and healthcare norms.

The core insight: biological age is not fixed. Studies show you

can reverse it by 3–10 years through targeted interventions. But

you can only do that if you can measure it first.

India has 1.4 billion people with access to cheap, high-quality

lab tests. Nobody was building the intelligence layer on top.

That's the gap AROGYOS fills.

Free to start. Launching on Product Hunt on July 8.

what it's like building health tech in India.

What caught my attention is that you're shifting lab reports from diagnosis to decision-making.

Most people already have access to health data. The harder problem is understanding what those numbers mean together and whether they justify changing behavior. That's a much more valuable problem than simply presenting another health score.

Really appreciate this, Aryan — you put your finger on exactly the right question. You're right that the number alone isn't the hard part. That's actually why AROGYOS doesn't stop at the score — every biomarker that's off gets tied to a specific, personalized change (what to eat, what to check with a doctor, what to track next), not just a "your score is X" screen. The score is the headline; the "so what do I actually do about it" part is where the real work is, and honestly where most of our effort goes. Good challenge though — makes me want to make that connection more obvious on the page itself, since right now the post undersells it. Appreciate you reading closely enough to catch that gap.

That’s useful to hear. I’d be interested in continuing the conversation beyond the thread — would you be open to sharing the best email to reach you on?
