I have an in-depth knowledge of my sons autistic traits, but I need to find out more about the possible ramifications of other people using my product - will they wear an ID card? Will they feel stigmatised? Am I collecting too much information?

I have decided to become a volunteer first responder in my local area so that I can promote the product (where appropriate) but also get a good handle on how it could be improved to match the most pressing needs nearby.

I managed to get a sample from a printer for my ID cards - the quality is amazing and has proven to be super hard-wearing over the last 6 months
