Atlas VPN

It took 12 weeks, but we are finally done building v1 of Atlas VPN for Android. We worked days, nights and weekends, and coded the whole thing in Java, Go since that's that we are the most comfortable with. In hindsight, there were a few features we built that probably could've waited until later. But we are excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
