In the past I've built countless small products and side projects. But they never took off.
The main reason is that I always got carried away with building the "perfect" product instead of focusing on the much harder part: attracting people that actually would benefit from using my products.

Recently I focused on "growth" topics in general. I got quite deep into this topic and learned many new things that will help me on feature projects.

For example: If your are in an early stage and you want people to try out your product or service, your need to find them first and provide value to them from the start.
And the best place to find them is in online communities.
