Yeah, I'm probably putting way too much energy into this one milestone, but it's pretty cool. Fixed a few last minute bugs in the signup flow and started a little promotional campaign. Dropping press releases about the app on Reddit, several audio related FB groups and forums and SHOW HN. Excited to see how everything goes!
After the web app was not sufficiently compelling, I ported the code to native. React Native allowed me to share most of the JS logic and allows for a very consistent experience across all platforms. Release was complicated by Apple's stringent requirements, but in the end I think the app is looking great!
I was playing in a band in Oakland, CA. Always having trouble sharing audio files with my music buddies. Just getting started with software and I wanted to build this app. Started iterating on simple versions of the app and sharing them with other musicians.
