Starting to cohort test different channels online. Also analyzing Reddit keywords and targeting niche communities.
Newsletter is growing at much higher rate now, potentially due to product launch and just general word of mouth.
Trying to capitalize on traction. I'm considering creating my own website now to build DA and get more data early on.
However, I'm struggling to decide if I should move off Substack this early, since it will be very high time investment.
Put Notion template on Product hunt and placed 5th, got a huge influx of traffic for both Gumroad and newsletter.

Made over $1000 on the first day. Going to reinvest this money into @stephsmith's DoingContentRight, keywordexplorer, and other tools to start scaling.

Notion Reddit post got 380 upvotes & got some attention on Facebook groups, decided to make my Substack hobby a formal newsletter.
Going to start creating detailed content, templates, and trying to find channels. I suspect that Notion is a niche ripe for targeting right now, and I want to add my own flair with memes, monochrome aesthetic, etc.
