I've been building AutoCalcHub (autocalchub.com) — a niche site with free car calculators and guides covering everything from loan payments to EV charging costs.

No funding, no team, just a solo project I've been shipping consistently.

Where it stands right now:

• 12 free tools live (car loan, depreciation, EV savings, road trip cost, and more)

• 29 blog posts across buying, financing, running costs, EV, and ownership topics

• 38 pages submitted to Google Search Console — 15 indexed so far

• 1,670 impressions, 0 clicks (rankings still low, best position is 19th)

• AdSense application pending

What I'm focused on:

• Publishing 3 blog posts + 1 tool every week

• Getting the remaining 23 pages indexed

• Pushing the pages already ranking on page 2 onto page 1

Still early, but the organic signal is starting. Happy to share more as it progresses.
