AutoReply Pro
AI customer service agent for small businesses
Hey IH,
Quick update on AutoReply Pro.
We shipped a proper landing page yesterday after feedback about the
login page being the first thing visitors saw. Cleaner, more honest,
no fluff.
We also just submitted the Meta Business API application to connect
Instagram DMs and WhatsApp directly into the dashboard. Waiting on
approval — apparently it takes 2-4 weeks.
Gmail integration is next while we wait. That one doesn't need approval.
Current status: AI is live and working, Stripe payments connected,
landing page shipped. Missing piece is the real channel connections —
that's what we're building right now.
If you run a small business or know someone who does and wants early
access, drop a comment or DM me. Looking for 10 beta users to test
with real customer conversations.

Hey Indie Hackers!
I just launched AutoReply Pro — an AI agent that handles customer messages 24/7 for small businesses like cafes, salons, and restaurants.
The problem: small businesses lose bookings every day because they can't reply fast enough. 78% of customers buy from the first business that responds. Most take hours to reply.
What I built: A working dashboard where the AI replies to customer messages instantly, handles bookings, and answers FAQs — trained on your business in minutes.
Current state: The core AI is live and working. Real channel integrations (Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail) are in development. Early adopters can join now and get lifetime discount pricing before we launch the full version.
Pricing: €49/mo Pro, €149/mo Agency. 14-day free trial.

Would love feedback from founders who've built SaaS before — what would make this a must-have for small businesses?

hey there, it seems like your link take folks directly to the login page. I have a hard time anyone will sign up if that is all they see. They don't trust the site they have never heard about, you need something to ease them into it. Consider a landing page!

You're completely right that's a real gap.
Working on a landing page now. Thanks for the push!

The product direction makes sense, but I’d be careful with the “small businesses” framing.
Cafes, salons, and restaurants all miss replies, but the painful moment is not identical for each one. A missed table booking, missed salon appointment, and missed catering inquiry do not create the same urgency or buying logic.
That matters because “AI replies 24/7” is useful, but it may not be specific enough to feel must-have yet.
I wouldn’t try to solve the first-adopter angle loosely in the thread because the best wedge changes the landing page, trial promise, and outreach message.
Happy to put the usable version in writing if useful, without crowding the thread.

That's actually a really good point — I've been thinking salons might be the
best place to start. A missed appointment has a clear price tag attached to it.
Would love to hear what you'd write, go for it!

Good instinct on salons.
The reason I’d still avoid writing the full version directly in-thread is that the useful part is making the actual wedge decision cleanly enough that the landing page, outreach, and trial promise all point at the same pain.
Otherwise it becomes easy to get positive feedback but weak buying intent.
Happy to put the tighter version in writing if you drop your email. Easier to make it actually usable that way instead of scattering it across replies.
