Recently, I invented a new feature for the CMS and put it into production. Now it's time for a new video explainer that will be finished by May 1st. Shortly after that I 'll open a tender for hompage redesign. Then I'll decide what's next. Agile approach don't let me to plan further :-)
It took 15 years, lots of giving ups and lots of moving ons, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for BaferCMS. Technology has changed over the years, and it used to come to my hand, and sometimes it created a problem. I spent my free time developing new ideas and functionalities, adapting to new technologies and refining existing functionalities.
Now I'm ready to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!

In my own experience, I have realized that developing your own CMS that will served just one specific website, takes a lot of effort and work. And then I came up with the idea of how to technically perform a CMS that would be suitable to any website, in a way that it would not customize HTML code to itself, but that it would adapt to any HTML code.

It's still the easiest and the most flexible approach for editing millions of html websites that are not built around CMS, but the other way around.
