Bardiah
AI Email Designer for Marketers
I run marketing emails for my own stuff, and every time I sit down to send one, I hit the same wall. I have the copy, I have a brand, and I have zero design skill. So I either use a template that looks like everyone else's, or I burn an afternoon fighting a drag and drop builder to make something that still looks average.
That's the problem I'm building Bardiah to fix.
What it actually does
You paste your campaign copy into a project. Bardiah generates a full, polished, ready to send HTML email around it, not a recolored template but an actual designed layout. You refine it through plain conversation ("make the CTA stronger," "more whitespace," "feel more premium") instead of clicking through settings panels.
The part I care most about is that it remembers your brand. Upload your brand assets once, and every email after that pulls from the same colors, type, spacing, and visual language automatically. You never re-explain your brand every single time, and every email stops looking like the same template with new text dropped in.
The part that makes this interesting (to me, anyway)
I'm not a developer. I'm building this solo, end to end, using Lovable, Supabase, and Claude, with no dev team and no code editor I actually understand. Every feature, every bug fix, every screen goes through prompting an AI agent and reviewing what comes back. It's a genuinely different way to build software, and I've learned more from the mistakes than the wins so far.
Right now I'm still in the stabilizing phase. I'm fixing rough edges, tightening the generation pipeline, and getting cost and reliability right before I put this in front of a wider audience. No big launch yet, just building it properly first.
A question for anyone who's sent marketing emails without a designer
What's actually the bigger pain for you: writing the copy, designing something that doesn't look generic, or keeping every email on brand once you've got more than one or two out the door?
