Plan a week of social content once. Publish everywhere.

August 19, 2026 Batchrow, a publishing tool for people who run more than one account (private testing, opening in waves)

I built Batchrow because running more than one social account meant rebuilding the same week of content, account by account, across every platform. Batchrow plans a week once, gets an AI-assisted first draft you approve yourself, and publishes it across every account you run, from a single brand to a full client roster.

I run it under honour-media LLC, based in Wyoming. Batchrow is in private testing and opens access in small waves, so each new account gets a real setup and a watched first week rather than being thrown into a live queue.

Feedback and hard questions welcome, that is what this post is for.

The private-testing approach stands out. You’re treating the first users as part of the product-learning process rather than simply opening the doors and watching what happens.

It is partly learning, though the less flattering half is blast radius. Publishing fails in a way that does not wait for you, a token expires or an account gets mapped to the wrong destination, and the post either goes nowhere or goes somewhere it should not, and you cannot un-publish a week that someone planned around. Small waves keep the number of people any single one of those bugs can reach low enough that I can actually watch each first week and catch it during setup instead of in production. Curious what you have seen from the other side of it, is there a point where waves stop being caution and start being a bottleneck you should have skipped?

That’s a much more concrete reason for the private rollout. I’m curious how you’ll know when the blast-radius concern has dropped enough to open it up more broadly.

The signal I am looking for is a wave whose first week stops producing a new failure class. Repeats are fine, those turn into checks, but a novel one means there is still surface I have not seen, and widening while that is true just finds the same unknown with more people in the room. The other half is who catches it first, because right now that is usually me watching, and the threshold is when the system gets there before I would have. Put another way, widening is safe when watching a first week starts to feel like rereading something rather than learning something. We are not there yet, which is why the waves are still small.

That’s a thoughtful way to define the threshold. Would you be open to sharing the best email to reach you on?

Happy to. It is hello at batchrow dot com, spelled out because this account is apparently too new to post links. Enjoyed this exchange, your questions were sharper than most of my internal notes.

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
