I built at least 8 full SaaS platforms that served customers. 3 of them became businesses. I have my own flow now for setting up a stack for the task, and the process is much more streamlined for me today.

However, it can still take some time, and I remember it used to take me days to weeks to set it up, depending on what I wanted to do. I had to setup a backend, setup a frontend, choose DBs, connect them, connect an authentication service for the user, tie them all together and deploy each service to its place.

I also had to make sure that the initial infrastructure works and that there are no serious problems like memory leaks, double mounting of components in the DOM, inaccessible API endpoints, CORS failure and so on.

All that to just start to start writing my own code.

Batter.dev comes to solve this hindrance to productivity. Choose the tech you want, press a button, and receive a fully working formation, already synced with your github account and cloud providers, injected with all the needed code snippets, json configuration files and, backend URLs and more.

I think it's a great product for beginners with a lot of applications for seasoned developers. You can play with 2 or three tech stacks and choose which ever fits you best. Things that usually took 2 weeks now become hours.
