I've had this project on my mind for over a year and I feel that I'm stuck with it.

That's why I decided to share my idea on this platform and ask for some opinions from others. This is what I've found out:

1. I should spend more time investigating the actual problem I'm trying to solve.
2. I currently don't have a clear revenue model.
3. Finding a Niche is the key - there are many types of development such as Front-End, Back-End, ...
4. "Identify what you want to build, learn while building it and then share your experience of how you built it each step of the way." - @oceanring
5. Telling developers that Googling and using Stack Overflow is normal; teaching them how to work in teams.
6. An interesting point from @luovahacker - "I'd say the most difficult thing is learning to code with books or tutorials that are simply not at the right level of detail for you."
7. People also have trouble finding a point where to actually start - there is just so much buzz about this content out there that it becomes distracting.

In the next two days, I'll try to figure out these things:

1. What is the problem that I'm solving?
2. How is it going to make money?
3. Is it actually what people want?
4. What would be the (MVP) Minimum Viable Project?

I've started my public Instagram account on the 1st of January 2019 and I started posting mainly coding related content - such as my setup and the stuff I've done over the past days/weeks.

The account grew quite quickly and that's when I've realized that the BeCodeNinja project will utilize social media as its main advertising tool.

I wrote a quite popular answer on Quora (https://qr.ae/TUtlef) and that's when I realized that most developers learning to code are having problems when learning to code - mainly because of the sheer amount of information available.

It was also about this time that I've started listening to Chris Guillebeau's "Side Hustle School" podcast and that's when I started thinking about a possible way I could transform this idea into a revenue stream.
