Recently, I noticed a drop in activity from my top 3 users. Worried that our new payment system was the cause, I decided to reach out and understand their concerns. 📧

To my surprise, one of them replied, revealing that they were actually on a well-deserved vacation! Relieved, I wanted to show my appreciation for their loyalty. So, I made a spontaneous decision to offer them free unlimited access to Beedone during their time away. 🏖️

Their response? They were incredibly grateful and touched by the gesture. But here's the kicker - they not only wanted free access, but also insisted on making a donation. I anticipated a modest amount, perhaps $10 or $20.

Imagine my astonishment when they generously contributed $50 to support Beedone! Their kindness and support left me speechless. It's moments like these that remind me of the power of community and the impact we can make as indie hackers. 💙

These 7 euros are invaluable to me as they show that Beedone is an application that is truly worth paying for and that my marketing efforts are starting to bear fruit. 😂

Of course, for now, I am still in the negative compared to what I pay for the application, but this only motivates me even more to continue working hard and make Beedone an even better product.

Maybe one day, I'll be able to earn enough to afford hiring collaborators to improve the app's design, bring on a native developer to create an Apple Watch and Android Wear version, or even a community manager to manage a user community.

Today, I am excited to announce the release of a new version of Beedone.
This update is especially significant as we have made improvements to the onboarding process based on valuable feedback we have received.
Additionally, we have introduced a new Beedone skill, inspired by one of our users' suggestions.

I go a lot of new user almost 200 in a day. I was so happy.

The app was nice, I was using it everyday with some friend.
Our productivity was better and we was always motivated to continue.
But when I play with chatGPT and master the opanAI API, I start to add some magic to the app.
When we add a task we will have an image related to it generated with some really nice movitation messages as notification.

I tried to do some ads but I got nothing, I tried to do some marketing courses but it's really anoying for me as a developper.
I ask people to share but nothing happend.
So I start looking for a cofounder with marketing and aquisition skill.
I got some coffee with talent people but they was not motivated as I am...

I start to talk about the app in my Linkedin account mainly french ex coworker and student.
