The most underrated ability a startup team has to master is what to build when. Before achieving product market fit, a team must understand how to prioritize effectively what features to create and get feedback from customers or gain new customers. So many stories exist on the web on how to get to product market fit and leverage existing product. But there's rarely advice on how to start from scratch and gain your first few customers on a few base features. It's truly an art and science to master.

As a team we agreed on a path forward for Benchmark. Through our journey and customer research we realized that the analytics we are building for sales engineers can be used for the enterprise. We created a go forward plan to utilize our backend and create a centralized platform for video with analytics. While we already have a beta complete we are creating a skinnier version for quicker customer acquisition to be launched soon.

Benchmark AI just finished our MVP product and is now open to anyone. We learned that we can create a product utilizing open APIs to upload videos and transcribe them into an editable conversation. We would love for anyone to reach out to us and try it out for free.
