First churn

So yesterday I had my first cancellation from a customer. She was never very convinced of using the app for her Airbnb, and after less than 1 month, she decided to cancel.
Checking the stats, she had less than 10 users in those 15-20 days.

I need to keep focusing on growing (that's why I launched the blog https://cancuntour.app/blog ) but also in delivering a lot more value to the customer and to the end-user.
