besttimefor.io

Shipped besttimefor.io after a week of focused build. It's a free time zone meeting planner: drop in two cities, it shows you the overlap window where both teams are within working hours, with DST handled properly.

Status after a week:

- 250 city-pair pages live, fully indexed

- 3,330 Google search impressions in the last 7 days

- Average position 13 in Search Console, climbing

- First clicks came in this week

Now figuring out how to monetise without ruining the experience. Leaning toward soft affiliate placements for scheduling tools (Calendly, Cal.com, etc.) rather than ads. Curious how others in the IH community have approached monetising a utility tool that benefits from being friction-free.
