Bet Buddy
Friendly Wagering App
Hey everyone — I wanted to share what I’ve been building over the past few months.
It started as a simple idea:
👉 “What if a casino app actually felt immersive, not cheap?”
Most social casinos feel:
- repetitive
- predictable
- or just flat
So I focused on making something that feels closer to a real experience.
---
🎮 What’s live right now:
• 30+ games (Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, Poker variants, Craps, Keno, Plinko, etc.)
• Fully interactive slot systems with bonuses + jackpots
• Realistic game balancing (RTP, volatility, reduced bonus spam)
• Live activity feed (see what other players are hitting)
• Daily missions + rewards system
• Free spins + streak bonuses
• Multiplayer tables (Blackjack & Roulette with friends)
---
🎰 What I recently improved:
• Slots now have realistic bonus frequency (no more constant hits)
• Added volatility system (more dead spins, bigger wins)
• Bonus triggers now require actual conditions (not random spam)
• Expanded table games:
- Spanish 21
- Pai Gow Poker
- Caribbean Stud
- Mississippi Stud
- Blackjack Switch
- American Roulette
• Started rebuilding Craps to match real casino layouts (still improving)
---
🎯 What I’m working on next:
• Fully immersive themes for each slot (full-screen environments)
• Drag-and-drop betting (chips behave like real tables)
• Animated bonuses + better feedback (wins should feel exciting)
• Smarter economy balancing (long-term progression)
---
📊 Current stats:
• 30+ games live
• 200+ sessions tracked
• Positive player P/L swings (still tuning balance)
---
Would love feedback on:
1. What makes a casino app feel real to you?
2. What games/features am I missing?
3. Does the progression system matter or is gameplay everything?
App is still early but moving fast — appreciate any thoughts 🙏
I’ve been building a sports prediction platform called Bet Buddy and I’m finally at the point where I want real users testing it.
The idea is simple:
Compete with friends (or strangers) making sports picks, brackets, and predictions — and climb the leaderboard.
Some of the features currently live:
• March Madness bracket challenges
• Global leaderboards based on win rate & profit
• Futures and offseason markets (drafts, free agency, awards, etc.)
• Player props and game picks
• Betting analytics & performance stats
• Watch & stream integrations for games
• Private leagues with invite codes
It’s not real money betting — everything runs on points — so it’s meant to feel more like a competitive sports prediction game.
I’m especially looking for feedback on:
• The bracket challenge system
• Leaderboards and scoring
• Overall UX on mobile
If anyone wants to try it and break things, I’d really appreciate it.
You can test it here:
Also feel free to tell me:
What would make you come back to an app like this every day?
Appreciate any feedback.

I’ve been working on a project called Bet Buddy, a social sports betting app where users compete with picks, leaderboards, and challenges.
This week I started building Bracket Challenges (March Madness style) into the platform.
The goal is to make it work like ESPN’s bracket challenge but with a few extra things:
• Users can create public or private bracket contests
• Invite friends with a code
• Leaderboards update automatically as results come in
• Picks get marked correct / wrong / busted in real time
• Future rounds show your original pick crossed out when it gets eliminated
• The real advancing team replaces it in the bracket
I also built logic so that:
Official results automatically advance teams
Brackets lock after submission
Points are awarded by round
Leaderboards update as games finish
Right now I’m focused on improving the UX of busted brackets so users can clearly see where their picks went wrong.
Here’s the app if anyone wants to test it:

Would love feedback on:
What makes bracket challenges addictive for you?
Are there any features ESPN/Yahoo brackets have that you think are must-haves?
Also if anyone here has built tournament bracket logic, I’d love to hear how you handled scoring and result updates.
Hey everyone, quick update on a project I’ve been building called Bet Buddy.
Bet Buddy is a social sports wagering platform where friends can create wagers, track picks, and compete using a points-based system instead of real money.
Over the past week I added several new features to improve the experience:
• Public wagers – users can create bets anyone can join
• Featured wagers feed – highlight interesting bets on the platform
• Futures wagers – long-term bets like championships and awards
• Live wagers tab – track wagers tied to games currently in progress
• Profit boosts – boosts that increase potential winnings
• Groups / squads – compete with friends and track points
• News & resources tab for sports news and betting analysis
The goal is to make sports betting more social and interactive, where people can compete with friends and share wagers instead of betting alone.
The app is still early, so I’m mainly looking for feedback on:
• UI and usability
• features you’d want to see
• anything that feels confusing
You can check it out here:

We’re also on Instagram and Facebook if anyone wants to follow the project:

Would really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions!

Hey everyone, I’m currently building Bet Buddy, a social sports wagering app designed to make friendly betting with friends easier and more organized.
Instead of using group chats or spreadsheets, Bet Buddy lets users create wagers, track picks, compete in groups, and earn boosts using a points-based system.
The platform supports all sports and is focused on making wagering more social, competitive, and fun.
I just launched an early version and I’m looking for people willing to test it and give honest feedback.
If you’re into sports betting or friendly wagers with friends, I’d really appreciate your thoughts.
You can try it here:
Any feedback or suggestions are welcome — I’m actively improving the app.
