The service is gaining popularity and 100 IT experts have already registered. It's time to give the opportunity to register yourself.

Now registration is in manual mode.

I thought that it would be more difficult to attract experts, but it turned out that there are already more of them than clients.

Two weeks after publication, the first consultation request came from a friend of mine. And after that, literally the next day, a second request came, from a complete stranger.

So, 2 weeks after launch on BigXP, the first online consultation happened.

In a few years, I learned how to make good MVPs, as it seemed to me. Therefore, we planned and implemented the first version of BigXP very quickly. There were only two types of pages on the site - the main page and the page with the expert. There was also a block on the main page with a description of the service’s work, and on the expert’s page there was a “Ask a Question” button, which would send me an email.

The idea came up while working on one project. A middle iOS developer came up to me and said, “Ilya, I want a senior iOS developer to periodically look at my code and check if I'm doing everything right. I made recommendations, suggested refactoring, etc. ” I thought it was cool, but where am I going to find you a senior iOS developer who will be ready to help you, even for money?

And then I thought - damn it, why there is no service, where can I find an IT person with a certain experience who will be ready to share it for money at a time convenient for me?
