Social Monitoring That Spots Relevancy — Not Just Keywords
BillyBuzz was born out of a personal need I faced while trying to get another product off the ground. I found myself spending countless hours combing through niche subreddits, searching for relevant conversations where I could genuinely contribute and introduce my product. It was tedious, and let's be honest—opening Reddit often leads you down a rabbit hole of distractions.
I realized there wasn't a tool out there that could do what I needed: find contextually relevant posts on specific subreddits, not just any post containing a keyword. For example, if your company is named, let’s say "Apple," you don't want to be notified every time someone shares their grandmother's apple pie recipe. Existing solutions were too simplistic and didn't understand the nuances of language and context.
So, I built BillyBuzz. It uses AI to understand your business, products, target audience, and value proposition, alongside specific keywords you might be interested in. It finds posts where you can genuinely add value by introducing your product or engaging in meaningful conversations. When I used it with my previous product, it helped me grow to over $80,000 volume per month in about two months from users on Reddit.
I realized I'm probably not the only one who probably wants a better way to get notified of relevant posts on social media, and I'll continue to use this myself for future products. Startups and growth hackers need a smarter way to monitor social media—one that saves time and uncovers opportunities that might otherwise be missed. BillyBuzz exists to fill that gap, using AI to bring more value to those looking to engage authentically with their audience.
