August 30, 2022 Sold Bitcoin Is Dead

I received several offers for Bitcoin Is Dead (both for the site and the domain bitcoinisdead.org) over the past few months. In July, it started ranking #1 for all relevant keyword searches, and organic traffic had grown to several hundred visitors per day.

I ended up selling the site for a few $BTC. Hoping the new owner takes great care of it!

Hello, crypto enthusiasts! As I venture into the world of cryptocurrency trading, I stumbled upon a platform that caught my attention: https://bitcoindecode.co.uk/. They claim to offer advanced trading features powered by artificial intelligence. However, I'm someone who likes to hear real stories. Have any of you tried this platform? How was your experience? I'm all ears!

March 3, 2021 Launched "Bitcoin Is Dead"!

Came up with the idea in the shower, and decided to build it in public (short vlogs / Twitter thread): https://twitter.com/jerryxfeng/status/1356349399748657152

Wasn't sure what it would be - a blog, a game, a chart, a web app, or a site - all I had was an idea.

About

Bitcoin's story cannot be told without the inclusion of both its strongest believers and disbelievers. I created "Bitcoin Is Dead" to track its most notable skeptics and document important pieces of its history.
