Just in time for the holidays I completed a big refactor from Realm DB to SwitData! It took months but it's finally done, and Bitfolio 6.5.0 is out!

The first major version update of version 6 is here, with a few new features.
Over the last few months, I have been working on migrating Bitfolio to SwiftUI and SwiftData. However, the process is taking longer than expected, so I have paused for a bit to provide a few new features and fixes.

Finally after a very very very long time that included refactoring a big part of codebase, I am pleased to introduce Bitfolio version 6!
This version adds new features such as Wealth tracking: ability to track possessions (houses, cars, collections, etc), and track their value over time.
It also adds the ability to track savings account, and has a new Markets screen that allows to keep track of what's going on in the market.
The UI has been updated and bugs have been fixed.

I started developing version 6 of Bitfolio.
This will take some times because I am changing some foundations of the app to make it more fast, stable and scalable.
I plan to release the new version sometime in 2024, I'll keep maintaining and updating Bitfolio 5 while developing.
Bitfolio 6 will be a normal update, like all previous versions, so no new subscriptions and no price increase.

Due to a very high demand, I team up with Denis to port Bitfolio to Android.
The amount of feedback received was incredible and this lead to a significant amount of features added to Bitfolio.
The app was improved under every aspect and version 2 was born.
After a couple of weeks making sure the App Store version didn't have issues, I submitted Bitfolio on Product Hunt and it was featured in the home page!
I released the first official version on Bitfolio on the App Store.
First beta of Bitfolio available for everyone to test.
I reached people via reddit, twitter and beta family.
