A program that makes your screen black by pressing a key combination has been downloaded more than 1000 times :-)
Black Screen is a simple and free program that allows you to work in intervals, rest your eyes and reset your attention.
I set it up to make my screen black every 7 minutes after 30 minutes of work. Working in intervals allows me to plan my work more thoroughly, make regular brakes and not to seat in front of the computer for too long.
