Blink Brand Kit
Blink Tool Branding Prompt
After building a few tools with Blink.new, I noticed something.
They worked—but they didn’t feel like products.
Same light background.
Generic headings.
Placeholder-style copy.
Functionally fine, but visually indistinguishable from each other.
I wanted something that felt more intentional—something I could actually share or sell without it looking like a quick prototype.
So I started breaking down what was missing.
It turned into a simple system covering things like:
Visual identity (colors, buttons, small UI details)
On-page structure (headlines, sections, labels)
The small bits of copy that make something feel “finished”
From that, I built what I now call the Blink Brand Kit.
Instead of manually tweaking everything, it uses a single prompt to generate:
A full branding system
A structured set of instructions
That you can paste back into your Blink project in one go
I also made a simpler, free version while figuring this out—a 2-prompt guide that walks through the same elements step by step.
The main difference is:
The free version is more manual
The full version compresses everything into one flow
It’s a small thing, but it changed how the final output feels quite a bit.
Curious if others here have run into this—
How do you handle the “last mile” between something working and something feeling finished?
About
Blink.new tools launch fast but look generic. The Blink Brand Kit fixes this with one prompt that generates a full branding system—so your tool looks polished and professional.
