I'm a marketer, not a developer.

For years I watched myself (and every marketer I know) waste insane amounts of time on email design. The idea was ready in minutes. The email took an hour. Drag-and-drop editors, broken mobile layouts, exporting HTML, pasting it into Klaviyo, realizing something was off, starting over.

It's 2026. This shouldn't be the workflow.

So my co-founder (he handles the tech, I handle everything else) and I built Bluor.

You describe your email in plain language. Bluor generates a genuinely beautiful, brand-consistent, fully responsive design in under 60 seconds. Not a recycled template, an original design with your logo, colors, images, and tone. Then you push it directly to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot in one click.

No editor. No drag-and-drop. No designer needed.

What I've learned building this:

The hardest part wasn't the AI. It was making the output actually look good. Most AI email tools generate functional but ugly layouts. Getting the design quality to a level where marketers genuinely go "wow" took way longer than expected, and it's the thing I'm most proud of.

The classic marketer + developer co-founder dynamic has been key here. I kept pushing on the design quality and user experience side, he kept making the impossible technically possible. Neither of us could have built this alone.

Where I'm at:

Launched today on Product Hunt. Early users are giving strong feedback on the design quality and speed. Still validating the retention side, does someone who generates an email with Bluor come back tomorrow, or is it a one-time thing? That's the question I'm obsessing over right now.
