Boardroom
Clarity and calm decision-making for founders and leaders.
I’m building Boardroom because I needed it myself.
The hardest calls I had to make? They weren't about tech stacks or growth metrics. They were about people, timing, and gut instinct—made under pressure, with incomplete information and no one to really talk to.
As a founder, you’re expected to move fast, stay confident, and always have an answer. But there were moments when what I needed most wasn’t speed or advice — it was clarity. A quiet space to think things through before committing to a decision I’d have to carry.
Boardroom started as a personal experiment: what would a calm decision-making space look like for founders and leaders? Not another chat, not analytics, not hacks — just perspective, reflection, and better questions.
It’s still early. I’m building in public, learning as I go, and figuring out what truly helps when decisions actually matter.
Happy to share progress, mistakes, and lessons along the way — and to learn from others here.
About
I’m building Boardroom because I needed it myself. Too many decisions felt rushed, lonely, or shaped by pressure rather than clarity. Boardroom exists to create a calm space for thinking things through.
