Just posted Boei to Product Hunt. If you find the product helpful, any support is appreciated 😻
Are you intending on launching too? Here are some tips that helped me 👉
- Spend time iterating the launch page content and the first comment with customers and friends.
- Prepare everything upfront that you can do. Emails, Tweets, and posts like these
- Skip the Facebook groups. I found some groups about PH launches, but they waste your time. Nobody is really active. Spend this time answering questions.
- Prepare with coffee & snacks and take the next day off. PH launches are at 21h my local time.
Boei has seen a tremendous growth last month of 100%.
Focus is now on Twitter and SEO to grow further.
Cold mailing some agents also was quite interesting. Demod the product a couple of times. I hope that this will result into sales soon.

So many more visitors! I was hoping affiliates were picking up (https://boei.help/affiliate) 🙌 However, after some investigation, I found that somebody put an uptime monitor on my site... Need to scrape these out next time.
I think these figures are not too shabby, especially considering I was on holiday for 3 weeks and afterwards down with corona for 1 week 🤒
My focus for coming period will be on reaching out to agencies (trying to cold mail them now). Doing SEO and Twitter.
Probably will try to work on some case studies as well to get customer proof that Boei gets you more leads.

Apologies for the wait, didn't see your comment! Boei focusses on the front-end for your customers. To reply, you would need an additional solution or just use the official apps.

💵 $7573 gross revenue (+481%)
💰 $95 MRR (+12%)
🛟 702 active buttons (+12%)

This month, we added new helpers: Youtube video, iframe, custom HTML, and Markdown helpers. Also, we added an option to auto-close the call to action. These feature requests had ±100 votes combined on our ProductLift portal, resulting in some excellent marketing.
David Cavanagh did a fantastic webinar on Boei, which resulted in quite some signups for our LTD (most of them fully stacked): https://boei.help/ltd
Then on Facebook, Boei got quite some attention. People asked, "Which tool is this?" in one group with a screenshot. It was Boei! That was super cool and got quite some engagement.
Lastly, AppSumo did an email shoutout on Boei, which resulted in additional attention. We are now planning an AppSumo Plus deal, expected mid-May.

Boei now supports Markdown-formatted messages.
Here are the March '22 stats for Boei. This month we reactivated an old Google Ads campaign, and that probably explains the 75% increase in visitors.
We also got some traffic from an affiliate challenge where we reward the person with the most referrals with a 250$ prize. It was less than expected, but still good results.
Last but not, least, this month we released 3 features/integrations:
- TikTok profile integration
- Copying Boei buttons is now possible
- Adding custom fields in the contact form widget

🛟 627 active buttons (+14%)

Today I got an email from my domain provider that it renewed Boei.help.
This means it is Boei's birthday! 🥳
It has been an amazing year for me and especially for Boei!
I have successfully created and launched Boei from nothing.
And, more importantly, people have found Boei and have started to work with it!
That last part is really amazing. Until now I only built software with nobody using it. Currently, I have 760+ users on Boei, which is awesome :)
Some figures:
- Revenue 2020: 1150 USD
- Revenue 2021: 5326 USD (almost solely LTD's)
- MRR: 10,- 😅 (any tips are appreciated here)
- Users: 762
- Customers helped: 76,804
