Bonus Brain

Today I sold my first subscription ($900/mo) for productized coaching/strategy.
The subscriber was someone who'd bought 1 off packages the last few months when I was still trialing the idea.

On Wednesday, I sent an email to all of the early users of the service (then called 30 Days of Audio-Based Coaching) inviting them to legacy pricing to the subscription ($900/mo vs the new price $1000/mo).

I've sold about $11k of single months of access but this is the very first subscriber/recurring revenue!

One on one coaching is engagement based so this feels pretty rad to have on-going income from coaching like this.

My goal is get 15, $1k subscribers by August 30, 2023. I'm my way and it feels good.

A very exciting day around these parts.... I've officially launched a productized-service offering for coaching called Bonus Brain!

You can read about Bonus Brain's origin story on this post I shared on IndieHackers but today I'm celebrating that what started as '30 Days of Audio-Based Coaching' is a full-fledged brand of it's own.

This project started off as an experiment to see if I could deliver asynchronous coaching in an easy way to help folks get support without having to do the sales call rigamarole and sign up for a long coaching engagement.

What if you could just get help with the, "how do I handle ______?" questions whenever you needed?

So I (messily, slowly) built it out.

In late February I sold the minimal viable offer (30dofABC) and have since sold ~$11k of async life & biz coaching.

Once I validated the original idea, it was time to get busy thinking about framing, pricing and delivery that could be sustainable. And so Bonus Brain was (messily, slowly) born!
