Hey Anastasia,
I'm a big fan of good book cover design (a designer myself). In the past I've used Pinterest boards to organize my favorite designs, but I haven't done it in a while (I became lazy) - that's why your site attracted me.
So I wanted to give you some feedback... even though you didn't ask for it. :)
I've expected it to be more than a collection of images - not sure how valuable the "like" feature is - right now it feels like a stripped down Pinterest board.
What would make it stand out imo is if you would provide information about the cover designer for each book (this is very hard to come by btw and that's what I was expecting when I first visited). It would be a nice way to promote designers (and have them promote you) + you could become a destination for people who look to hire book cover designers (that are not found on services like fiver and similar).
Other than that, you could play to the laziness of the people who do enjoy good design but don't have the time to hunt for it and send a weekly (monthly) curated email with your favorite designs.

Thanks for your points though, they are valid and I have thought about it/gathered the info, but I don't feel like justifying why I shared the project before adding all of it. It a good though because at least I know I am thinking in the right direction.
Oh, don't get me wrong - all kudos to you for launching quickly (I wish I could finally learn to do that). Just wanted to let you know what was my initial expectation when I visited the site. Feel free to let me know when you make future updates (I might be your target audience).
And, if I make that shirt - I'll let you know.
