I remember watching this show called Reaper and honestly the most relatable part of the whole show was that the portal to hell was a DMV office. Felt pretty accurate.

Flash forward, I needed a DMV appointment in Colorado and the earliest one was 3 months out. Phones always busy. I just sat there refreshing their website hoping someone would cancel. The government sites are so outdated that by the time you even see an open slot, it's already gone.

Instead of accepting that, we built something to make it a little less hellish. BookDMV monitors 794+ offices across 13 states and notifies you the moment a slot opens. Get an instant alert so you can book it yourself, or let us auto-book it for you. We're still expanding, adding more offices and states every week.

The urgency is already built into the problem — someone who's 3 months out on a DMV appointment is desperate enough to pay instantly. That actually makes the conversion problem more specific: people who find BookDMV are already sold on the concept. The leak is almost always hesitation at the moment of payment.

With a high-urgency product like this, anything that slows someone down between "I need this" and "I just paid" is costing you customers. Things like unclear pricing, too many options, or having to create an account before seeing value.

Is your current flow alert-only or do you push the auto-book option hard as the primary CTA?
