For the last 6 months I've been grinding away at building up the consulting arm of Shoppe, where we do done-for-you Facebook/Instagram ads for our top performing customers. This is the top of our value ladder.
It's been extremely tough to remain persistent after being told "No" many times, and also told that our price is too high.
But alas, it only took one breakthrough client that has been getting amazing results with our service (10x+ ROI on their ads) to prove to everyone in the market that we are legit... And since then the business has taken off!
My goal is to have this business at the 7 figure ARR mark by the end of 2019. 😱
Our sales strategy is to do direct outreach to folks in my network and also to folks outside that network.
Our marketing strategy is to attract people to our offer by providing insane value that they can't help but being attracted to. Because we know what our ideal customer's core problems are, we have a message that resonates very strongly with them. This has made marketing 100x easier.
BoutiquePlan.com came as a result of touching nearly 40,000 boutiques @Shoppe and seeing many of them struggle to make sales and stay in business. For the longest time, we kept trying to fix their problems with software... Finally we begun to realize that their core beliefs & assumptions about their retail business are wrong. So we've vowed to change that and give people methods that provide real proven results.
Nearly every boutique's #1 growth problem is mis-information. They've been taught very bad tactics to selling products online in 2019. We decided to fight this mis-information by developing a program that teaches them the best methods to selling products online.
