A free, no-signup tool to optimize Amazon FBA shipment split

I got tired of Amazon's Inbound Placement fees eating into my margins, so I spent the last few weeks building a solution.
I just launched BoxSplit (https://boxsplit.app), a completely free web tool that uses a custom bin-packing algorithm to calculate the most cost-effective way to split your shipments across fulfillment centers.
Why I built it:
Blindly letting Amazon split a 100-unit shipment into 3-4 FCs was costing me significantly more than a strategic split. Doing the math manually on a spreadsheet was a nightmare.

• Supports US, UK, DE, FR, CA, AU, and JP marketplaces.
• Upload a CSV with hundreds of SKUs and get instant FC distribution + cost savings.

Well done with your project so far!
This is a good example of using public data to bet against monopolies. Hopefully, the underlying system is quite resilient to any structural changes the provider might operate.
Talking about resilience, have you put anything in place to monitor and alert any significant changes in the provider's policies that could make BoxSplit inaccurate, even temporarily? It would be good if you can sort a way of tracking these changes and proactively warning users of potential inaccuracies - that would build trust with them (beside saving them money too).
Also, have you thought of creating a flyer/poster with a QR to reach the website that anyone can download and post in a local shop or postal service for people to check the best way to save money? Likewise, the QR code and the link can be shared in dedicated Reddit or Discord channels and even by influencers in this market. A Chrome extension could be useful too, but might require some more of your time, plus regular upkeep.
The tool seems to be marketed as free forever, but if you plan to monetise this (while still keeping it free), building an ecosystem could be an idea. You can perhaps monetise via alternative avenues, such as brokering discounted shipping labels, partnering with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, or launching a paid premium API tier for enterprise users.
As for the UI, it's quite neat and easy to navigate. Couldn't find a Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, or a way to contact you in case something's inaccurate already. Might be good to include these - they're standard.

Curious what users care about more so far: the accuracy of the split, or seeing a meaningful enough cost difference to change how they ship.
