Built an automated print brokerage — here’s the stack

I run Brady’s Print, a lean print brokerage out of Perkasie, PA. The whole thing is designed to run with minimal manual touchpoints — I wanted supplemental income, not a second job.

What’s live:

• AI-powered CS/estimator agent (Brody) built on Claude Haiku, deployed via Cloudflare Worker

• End-to-end quote capture via chat → transactional email via Resend

• 4over trade account for wholesale pricing, PA Sales Tax License in hand

• Customer approval flow driven entirely by email buttons — no back and forth

The stack:

Cloudflare Workers · Anthropic API · Resend · Squarespace · Sharp · PDFKit

Still building:

Stripe · 4over API · Sinalite · Flux Kontext Pro via Replicate (AI image editing)

The model:

Brody handles the quote. Customer approves. I fulfill via wholesale supplier API. Minimal me required.

Phase 2:

PCM targeted direct mail and EDDM campaigns via 4over.

Happy to answer questions on the automation stack or the brokerage model.
