Braintain
AI flashcards with images that make concepts stick
I kept forgetting what I studied, and it was honestly frustrating.
I’d spend time learning something, feel like I understood it… and a few days later it was just gone.
Rereading didn’t help much. It felt like I was just recognizing things, not actually remembering them.
At some point I started looking into what does work better, and two things kept coming up:
spaced repetition
visual memory
That’s what led me to build Braintain.
It’s basically flashcards, but each concept gets an AI-generated image to act as a visual anchor. The idea is to make things easier to recall, not just recognize.
It’s still early, and I’m figuring things out as I go, but I’d genuinely love some feedback.
Does this sound useful to you?
Would you use something like this?
Happy to share a link if anyone wants to try it 🙌
About
I kept forgetting things despite studying. Rereading doesn't work, spaced repetition and visual anchors do. I built Braintain to make both effortless.

Hey, your idea around visual memory + spaced repetition is interesting.
I’m building an AI creative platform, and I’ve noticed similar patterns in how users retain visual content better than text.
Your approach with AI-generated image anchors feels really aligned with modern learning behavior.
If you ever test scaling or user feedback, I’d love to try it and share thoughts.
