BrandFast
Turn website to Brand Guide in seconds
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m Danilo, a bootstrapped full-stack dev and designer from Germany grinding on SaaS side projects between client work and workations. Over 8 years, I’ve shipped e-commerce sites, landing pages, and tools for brands – but asset chaos was killing my flow.conversation_history
From ybrand to BrandFast
One year ago, I launched ybrand to fix scattered brand files: upload logos/fonts/colors, get a shareable page. 50+ indie makers and freelancers jumped in, raving about ditching ZIPs and Slack threads for one clean link. It saved hours on handoffs.
The lesson? No niche = no traction. I tried serving agencies, teams, everyone –features bloated, focus blurred. Indie hackers kept asking for simpler, faster consistency without design chops or overkill.
The Rebuild for Bootstrappers
Enter BrandFast.co: AI-powered brand pages rebuilt for founders like us who ship MVPs and need pro visuals now, not later.
Paste your site URL – Scraper and AI pulls colors, fonts, palettes automatically. Add logos, imagery in a dead-simple dashboard. Share the live page: team/freelancers grab HEX codes, downloads anywhere.
How it works in 3 Steps and 60 seconds:

Step 1: Add your URL and instantly generate your complete brand page.
Step 2: Easy customize and extend your page.
Step 3: Open your link and access assets fast from anywhere
Real Wins for Solo Makers
Hours back to code: No more “what’s our blue?” debates. One link = consistent channels, landing pages, social.
AI does the heavy lift: Auto-gen from your domain, tweak in minutes. Non-designers ship polish fast.
Indie-priced, no bloat: Built with Next.js/Tailwind for my own stack – hundreds of makers aligning brands to focus on revenue.
Using it daily on my freelance gigs and new experiments. ybrand taught me: target founders craving consistency minus engineering overhead.
What’s your biggest brand friction as a solo builder? Handoffs? MVP visuals? Try BrandFast and LMK how it lands.
Cheers, Danilo
About
I kept hitting the same wall: my brand assets were scattered across different tools, chats, and folders. Existing platforms felt overkill – too bloated & expensive for what I actually needed. So I built BrandFast

yo Danilo!
Love the design, landing page looks really clean!
Gonna test this out once I ship my first project, looks like exactly what I'll need
Good luck bro!
I work closely with solo founders as a short-term early distribution partner, hands-on, not advisory, either before or after building. The outcomes include (but aren’t limited to) getting the first 10–30 real users, validating the idea, defining a clear distribution path with real signals, and collecting meaningful feedback so you build what users actually need.

Thank you very much, Vlad!
I’m really looking forward to seeing your first project and the matching BrandFast Brand Guide :D
Happy BrandFast user! Already saved me a lot of time in day to day work. Keep up the nice work man!
Thank you very much for the feedback Fabiano!
Hey Danilo! I came across BrandFast and loved the concept, definitely better than using a bloated tools like frontify — I actually added it to IdeaJarvis (my AI tool for startup ideas) with full market research and competitor analysis. Thought you might find it useful, maybe to take some inspiration from your competitors and improve : https://www.ideajarvis.ai/idea-posts/2a926dab-f680-4a18-9767-4e86d9810c52

Really solid founder story here — the “no niche = no traction” lesson hits hard and feels very honest.
The pivot makes a lot of sense too. Agencies already have systems (and designers), but solo builders just want “good enough, consistent, and fast” so they can get back to shipping. Pulling brand data straight from a live site is especially smart — that’s exactly where most MVPs already start.
I also like that this isn’t trying to be a full brand platform. One clean link, zero back-and-forth, no “what’s our blue?” debates is a real, everyday pain.
Curious: have you seen people use BrandFast as a temporary brand system while validating, then later replace it — or does it tend to stick longer than expected? Feels like one of those tools founders don’t realize they need until they’ve felt the friction once.
This is a great example of focus through iteration.
The transition from a broad asset hub to a clear, fast brand guide for bootstrappers makes a lot of sense.
This is a really solid breakdown. Clear problem, clear audience, and a thoughtful rebuild instead of piling on features. I especially like the focus on reducing friction for builders rather than over-automating everything. Feels like a product built from real usage, not assumptions.
