Break into Freelance Design
Video course teaching freelancing for designers
I launched the course! I posted it on all the socials and shared it with my small email list of 700. I'm so relieved to get it done and into people's hands.
I felt like there was a lot more I could have done but there always is more you can do. I felt like I was ready to get it done so I stopped pushing it out and made the decision to launch it.
The course will include free updates so that takes one of the pressure off getting it perfect and allows me to release new versions and updates.
For now I'm just excited to get it done.
I launched the coming soon page for Breaking into Freelance Design. I was spending all my time working on the course before realizing I probably need to get a landing page up to start collecting information for those who are interested when it launches.
I probably spent more time on it than I should have but I’m really happy with how it turned out. It also gives me a solid design I can expand on for the rest of the sales page.
Alright, back to the course!

I had a list of product ideas I've been collecting over the years and decided on a product that was 1) small and 2) doable with my current skill level and 3) something I was interested in. I decided on an educational course teaching designers how to freelance.

Most advice about freelancing either doesn’t apply to designers or is just bad. My goal is to create a no fluff guide to teach UX/UI Designers how to make money and create financial freedom by learning how to freelance.
