June 2, 2026 I launched BriefIQ today — an AI SEO content platform for agencies. Here's what I built and why.

Hey IndieHackers 👋

After months of building, I launched BriefIQ today and wanted to share the story with this community.

THE PROBLEM

I kept seeing content agencies stuck in a loop. Every keyword needed hours of manual research — competitor analysis, H2 outlines, semantic keywords, writer instructions. One agency I spoke to had someone doing this full time. 40 hours a week. Just on briefs.

I thought that was insane. So I built the fix.

WHAT I BUILT

BriefIQ is an AI SEO content platform that:

→ Generates complete 18-section SEO briefs in

30 seconds

→ Writes full articles from any brief

→ Grades content A-F and auto-improves to A grade

→ Exports white label PDF/Word reports for clients

→ Bulk generates 50 articles at once from CSV

→ Connects to Google Search Console for real

ranking data

→ Analyses competitor content for any keyword

→ Manages client workspaces per agency client

THE STACK

Frontend: Base44 (vibe coding platform)

Backend: FastAPI/Python on Render

Database: Supabase

Payments: Stripe

Email: SendGrid

Chat support: Crisp

I built the entire thing as a solo founder.

THE NUMBERS SO FAR

- Launched today

- 7-day free trial, no credit card

- Starter $19/mo | Pro $49/mo | Agency $99/mo

- Launch special: 50% off Pro with code LAUNCH50

WHAT I LEARNED BUILDING THIS

1. Vibe coding platforms like Base44 let solo founders build full SaaS products faster than ever before

2. Talking to agency owners before building saved me from building the wrong features

3. Launching is scarier than building — but you have to ship

WHAT I NEED HELP WITH

Honestly — distribution. The product works.

Getting it in front of the right agency owners is the hard part right now.

If you have experience with B2B SaaS distribution or have run an SEO/content agency, I'd genuinely love your perspective.

The product sounds useful, but I would not start distribution too broadly here.

“SEO agencies” is still a pretty wide market. The sharper wedge is probably agencies where content briefs are already painful because they are producing at volume, managing multiple writers, or sending client-facing reports.

I’d avoid selling this as “AI SEO content platform” first. That category is crowded and easy to ignore.

The stronger promise is closer to:

“Turn keyword research into client-ready briefs and writer instructions in 30 seconds.”

That speaks directly to the agency bottleneck.

For channels, I’d probably start with very targeted outbound to small SEO/content agencies, not generic founder communities. Find agencies publishing 20+ blog posts/month for clients, then lead with the manual brief workload and white-label report angle.

The first distribution test should be simple: can you get 10 agency owners to try BriefIQ on one real client keyword this week?

Happy to put a tighter version in writing if useful. The main thing I’d map is the first agency segment, outreach angle, trial-to-paid path, and a 7-day distribution plan.

About

I watched content agencies spend 40 hours a week on manual SEO briefs. There had to be a better way. So I built it.
