November 21, 2020 no longer wanting to build using tailwind

I don't want to be using tailwind anymore to build my saas.
its just such a pain to build something quickly.
I've bought dashkit from getbootstrap and I've been able to build something useful for my dashboard a whole quicker than building it from the grounds up.
I am going to be able to publish faster that way with a lot less editing.

November 19, 2020 Build all the HTML template and inserted into nuxt

I've completed my template for nuxt and I am now working on the login/registration of the application. I built the registration using a custom nuxt module for firebase.
It allows me to build firebase apps on nuxt quicker as there is less messing about for login in.
The next thing I am going to work on is the basic submission and the enquiries.

November 13, 2020 finished client side view

Today I completed 95% of the pages needed for the delivery of my multi-sided platform.
I have another 3 more crud pages to setup.
My plan is to test out the following

  1. Would surveyors want to price jobs using the portal?
  2. Would client want to submit their enquiry with us instead of others?

These are two main hypothesis if they cannot answer yes then it would not proceed as a business. The next thing is to see if they want to pay for it. So I will setup a method of gathering feedback from users.

November 10, 2020 Completed a list of workflow diagrams

Today i prepared at least 10 or so flow diagrams for the sequence of my application. This help me identified features that seems to be creeping in. Tomorrow while designing the interface I will cut down the features when building it.
I caught myself adding 2-3 new features I felt were good but then I asked myself "is this really going to be a good thing for an MVP?"

my first MVP needs to be as crap as possible to just get it infront of people. The basic functionality is to get a enquiry on a page, display it and get people to submit their quote.
That is it! nothing more than that.
It has to be very basic.

So once I get the features list broken down and shortened I just need to put something on the site even if it looks crap for now and get someone from upwork to clean up the tailwind UI.

November 8, 2020 Built the sitemap for the main application

Working and using pinegrow and tailwindUI to build the landing page, and content for the main site.
I am writing the content using IAwriter and taking a view at other comparison multi-sided platform for the content and structure of the website.

I've also built the basic CRUD for the main site using firebase in a few weeks.
