    Hello hackers,

Hope everyone is Keeping well in Covid times.

A lot of sales are happening online in these times. This significantly increases the importance of your web pages, especially landing pages and it’s imperative to understand how users are reacting to them. Be prepared and make it count!

Want to dive deeper into why your visitors are -

    • leaving early?
    • not buying anything?
    • not submitting a lead?
    • not paying attention?

    and much more.

At Browsee, we have tried to create a path to data-driven human psychology to understand in-depth visitor behavior on your pages.

What you get with Browsee’s Page Story -

✨AI-Based Clusters to Understand In-Depth User Behavior - Browsee divides on-page user behavior into multiple clusters like dropped visitors, visitors who moved to the next page, visitors with very low engagement, etc. Find out what the users who are dropping tend to do and what those who convert do. Browsee is the only tool that helps you do this automatically.

⌛Impact of Page Load Time - Page load time is an important metric when it comes to conversion. Know if visitors are getting impacted by a slow page load.

😎 Data-Driven Page Structuring - Attention maps tell you about the most engaging sections of the page, whereas scroll maps tell the percentage of visitors reaching those sections. Combined they can help you restructure the page. An easy example could be testimonial sections that are very engaging for SaaS companies which are kept at the bottom many times because of traditional designs. Could we change that?

🤯 Data-Driven A/B testing - Make your A/B tests more data-driven based on click and scroll maps. Browsee continuously collects data on heatmaps, so you can compare the performance before and after your change

PS - If you are going to do a launch where you are expecting a spike in the traffic on one of your pages, I would highly recommend using our page story as it will give you a lot of learning on your user behavior pattern. We would also love to get some feedback from our fellow IH community who has always helped us in improving Browsee!

July 25, 2020 Acquired a new Customer!🍻

Browsee just acquired a new customer completely organically! Happy to share the news with other Indie Hackers, the community that has always inspired us that a Startup can fund itself!

Cheers 🍻 and happy weekend to everyone!

July 2, 2020 Sold $1.5k annual plan!

This is the first time when we have sold an annual plan for Browsee for $1.5k :)

A couple of months ago, we lost a client to a competitor and that was a sad day.

We tried hard in the last two months and used Browsee (https://browsee.io) as a tool to improve Browsee as a product. Finally, we made a sale of $1.5k in just one day!

May 28, 2020 Released our Chrome Extension for Session Replays

We have released a chrome extension today for easy session lookups for any page or any element on your page. You do not need to search for a tricky CSS element or a URL, just open our extension, select the element on your page or go to the page, and get the recent sessions of that element or page.

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/browsee-analytics/acojndadomohnjafbdclbonkohefnmhc

Why do you need a session replay?

As Steve Jobs says -

You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work back toward the technology – not the other way around.

How do I know if a user is satisfied with my product's experience? Users do not talk that much! You need to figure it on your own. Thanks to technology, you can see exactly how a user is using your product just by watching their session recordings.

We have made it simpler for you where you need to only open our extension, go to any URL of your website and you will see the related sessions and basic analytics. Select any element (button, link, div, etc) on your URL and you will get recent sessions and basic analytics for that element.

What should you do?

  1. Signup for Browsee (https://browsee.io)
  2. Install our JS code on your website and Install our Chrome Extention (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/browsee-analytics/acojndadomohnjafbdclbonkohefnmhc)
  3. Open the extension to see the sessions for any URL or page element.

May 13, 2020 Launched on Producthunt today!

Finally launched our Chrome Extension for Website Analytics, Heatmaps and Session Replay Lookup Extension on PH today!

https://www.producthunt.com/posts/browsee-analytics-for-chrome

This chrome extension allows you to find the sessions of users that visited a certain page or clicked on some part of the page on Browsee.

Giving a flawless experience to your website visitors can be hard. Browsee is your smart assistant to help understand users visually and improve your website. 💪

🤔 Why should I use Browsee ?

🤖 Video Session Replays of your users with Automatic AI tagging - On Browsee you can see exactly how your users used your website. Our AI tags find the most interesting sessions for you to watch. We estimate it reduces the effort to watch sessions by 95%.

This extension makes it easy to search these sessions. Just open it on your page of interest and it will automatically find the sessions of users who visited that page. You can also click on any page element and it will show you the sessions done by that user.

🔥Heatmaps with Date Comparison - Browsee heatmaps allow you to see which parts of the page are doing well and which are not. Browsee heatmaps also show you where users are spending their time on a page and which parts they are scrolling to.

Click Events - You can easily track any button or element without adding a single event with retrospective data. 👓

All this with the simple integration of just a snippet. No events integration needed.

Browsee respects user privacy and gives all possible options to anonymize user sessions.

Browsee - Stop Guessing 🤦‍♀️, Start Acting 💪
✔ AI Tags on sessions - With 5% of sessions, understand 100% of user issues
✔ Always on session recording and heatmaps
✔ Create funnels and segments on user actions - No code required
✔ Free forever plan

October 8, 2019 The new Browsee has arrived!

Over 100 websites love & rely on Browsee to improve their product. We are thrilled to tell you that last week we launched a beautiful new Browsee for you.

We are working on Browsee since Dec last year and we have done multiple iterations to improve the UI of our admin dashboard. But, we learned in the process that the problem to fix your design in more fundamental and fixing it by revamping a couple of elements, colors or images is not making it any better. Hence, we took the plunge and invested a good amount of time to fundamentally change the design of our product.

Go to https://browsee.io to check our new design. Enjoy!

PS: Any feedback would be really great and helpful from the community.
