The plan is to provide basic features for free. Paid features such as sharing links with team mates will be priced at $1 / month.
Initially I wanted to implement the WebAuthn for login. Due to constraints I had to replace it with Google OAuth for login. This way, I can test one thing at a time. Forcing people to buy a security key or fingerprint scanner might reduce the number of signups. The core feature will be tested with the market. It will be just one click to signup and it is lot easier to see if people find value in the minimal feature set.

I had this idea for many years. After reading Maker book, decided to spend a few days to develop it. This is the fastest implementation from buying a domain to going live.
I had to cut some of the ambitious features out to get the first version out the door. I only had a one page simple html and javascript that I was using for myself for many years.
